Office Management/Staff Officer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Staff Officer Supporter to join our team at Masego Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional support to leadership and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain internal administrative instructional and informational material to improve and standardize business operations.
- Execute various administrative functions, including but not limited to:
- Vetting, assigning, and tracking the status of official NGA Central Electronic Routing and Taking System (N-CERTs) tasking.
- Tracking and assisting with space and equipment requirements and property management.
- Assisting with records management.
- Assisting with information management.
- Assisting with security administration.
- Generating status reports for supported activities.
- Communicate with SFG Leadership and Subject Matter Experts relating to taskers/requests.
- Assist with the proper procedures of responding to taskers/requests, create staff summary sheets, and ensure proper formats are provided with taskings.
- Maintain office records for all answered taskings.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, consolidation, and final packaging to provide to SF leadership for final approval.
- Collaborate with other Lead Suspense Coordinators to resolve task-related issues or to seek revised task due dates.
Requirements:
- At least 11-14 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging a range of data sources for official N-CERTs tasking, space and equipment requirements and property management, records management and information management, security administration, property management, reports management, and other related activities.
- Demonstrated experience with performing research, contributing to the preparation of analytical/technical reports, publications, graphics, and maintaining hard/soft copy files.
- Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining databases, summary data, spreadsheets, and graphic documents.
- Demonstrated experience with building complex formulas within Excel to extract data from large spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and especially spreadsheets to be able to inter-relate and effectively present data metrics.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active TS/SCI, must be willing to take and pass a CI Polygraph.
Salary Range:
$93,980+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements.
