Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Banking Specialist to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
