Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Banking Specialist to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Responsibilities- Connect with customers to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
