Job Overview

Cool Care Heating, Air, Plumbing & Refrigeration is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our field personnel, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our field team to schedule service calls and ensure timely completion of work
  • Enter customer information and service needs into our CRM system
  • Communicate with customers to confirm arrival times of technicians and schedule annual maintenance services
  • Participate in after-hours call rotation to provide support to our customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Scheduling and coordination experience
  • Proficiency in computer software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
