Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller and Customer Service Expert to join our team at Northwest LLC. As a key member of our retail network team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' lives by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers, processing transactions efficiently, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and inform them of product and service features and benefits.
  • Refer customers to appropriate team members for complex requests or products and services.
  • Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings, operations meetings, and dual control balancing of vault, ATM, and other devices as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through delivery of our North(west) star experience and champion our customers' financial wellness.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Banking and/or retail experience preferred.
