Job Title: Global Benefits Lead

At StubHub, we're on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our global benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Global Benefits Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our global benefits programs. This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of benefit practices in EMEA and North America, as well as strong knowledge of compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global benefits strategy, policies, and procedures that support our business goals and attract top talent
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative and engaging benefit programs that differentiate us as an employer of choice
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to benefits programs
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop benefit programs that support their objectives and the needs of their teams
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure we're getting the best value for our benefits spend
  • Manage and develop a global benefits analyst to support the delivery of our benefits programs
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in global benefits design and management, with a deep understanding of benefit practices in EMEA and North America
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for benefits programs, including experience with LOA, ADA, and other compliance programs
  • CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) and/or global certification preferred
  • Experience administering 401k and managing global pension plans
  • Strong vendor management experience, including experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
