Job Description

City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading provider of building maintenance management services, seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Compliance Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract compliance, quality assurance, and risk management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The Senior Contract Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, working closely with our Night Supervisor and Facility Solutions Manager to achieve this goal.

The key duties of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs) to ensure compliance with client priorities and company guidelines.
  • Reviewing the scope of work and ensuring quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
  • Communicating with the Facility Solutions Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
  • Making recommendations for IC work assignments, managing client standards and company guidelines, and discharging ICs if they are not meeting service level agreements.
  • Managing inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
  • Executing City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use.
  • Other duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Solid understanding of basic business math.
  • Strong MS Office experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Prompt, regular attendance, and strong work history.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic, hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous management experience.

Physical Demands

The Senior Contract Compliance Officer is expected to perform duties throughout the day/night that include, but are not limited to, constant sitting, bending, standing, driving, and phone use (call/text/email). The position also requires the ability to lift 25 pounds.

Environment

While performing the duties of this job, a Contract Compliance Officer is occasionally required to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed work boots. As well as proper gowning to enter controlled environment rooms, such as clean rooms.

Benefits

This is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time position (Monday through Friday, 4 PM to 1 am) without remote work opportunities. The pay ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 DOE.
