Job Title: Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team. As a part-time Nurse Practitioner, you will provide exceptional care to patients in their homes across multiple states.

About Us:

We specialize in delivering advanced wound care to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Our team operates in 8 states with plans for nationwide expansion, currently caring for approximately 300 patients.

Position Details:

  • Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) (1099 Independent Contractor)
  • Commitment: Part-time (2-3 days/week) with a transition to Full-time (40 hours/week) once the census reaches 13 patients
  • Patient Load: Full-time max census is 30-35 patients (7-9 per day); part-time providers may transition to full-time at 13 patients

Compensation:

  • Part-Time: $500 per 8-hour shift, plus a 20% RVU bonus
  • Full-Time: $185,000/year base salary, regardless of patient load, plus a 20% RVU bonus
  • Training: $50/hour for pre-patient training (Compensation starts the first day you see your first patient)
