Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Reskin Medical. As a key member of our wound care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our team to achieve great patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wound care services to patients in a home setting
- Consult with definitive diagnostic results and maintain accurate records
- Review medical history, allergies, symptoms, and current medications
- Formulate suitable treatment plans and prescribe medications as needed
- Provide compassionate bedside manner and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP, or ACNP)
- Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Highly recommended certifications (WCC, CWON, or CWS)
- One year of direct wound care experience
- At least one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Prefer experience in Wound Care, Home Care, Emergency Department or Intensive Care Units
What We Offer:
- Competitive base pay from $160,000 to $173,000 per year
