We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Reskin Medical. As a wound care specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality wound care services to patients in their home setting
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care best practices and technologies

Requirements:

  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP, or ACNP)
  • Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • At least one year of direct wound care experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
