We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Premier Physician Services.
### Job Description
As a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient ambulatory setting. You will work closely with a dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics
* Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
### Work Environment
* Work in a fast-paced outpatient ambulatory setting
* Schedule to see up to 18 patients per day
* Opportunity to extend contract beyond 3 months
* Competitive hourly rate of $60-$65
### Requirements
* Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
* Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., family medicine, pediatrics)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
