Job Description

Nammo Defense Systems, a leading defense contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in its Composite Solutions sector. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capturing new business opportunities, leading to profitable revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of effective business capture strategies to organically grow the Composite Solutions product line.
  • Lead customer-inclusive Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and collaborate with cross-functional program teams to maintain and enhance relationships on existing programs.
  • Analyze market trends and gather intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Critically assess both successful and unsuccessful proposals to refine future proposals.
  • Represent NDS at trade shows and industry forums to elevate company brand and network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, specifically within the Composites sector, is essential.
  • High-energy, creative, and a resourceful self-starter with strong leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate.
  • Skilled at analyzing market data, trends, and competitive environment to inform strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
