Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Pediatric Therapeutic Services, Inc. in Montgomery County, PA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide school-based services to a local school district, working closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavior support plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address student needs.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality implementation of behavior support plans.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate behavior support plans into daily instructional activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
  • Child Abuse, State, and Federal Clearances.
  • Ability to supervise RBTs.
