Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity that requires a strong background in ABA and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Responsibilities:- Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
- Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
- Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
- Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB, required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting preferred.
