We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Registry Ally, Inc. as an ABA Therapist in Eagleville, PA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
- Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries
- Training and Supervision
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
- Develop and implement behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for client programs
- Client Care
- Develop individualized programming based on client needs and caregiver requirements
- Monitor client progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes as needed
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion
