Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by the BCBA, providing direct support to students and promoting positive behavior and skill development.
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements
  • Current RBT certification is required, with a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

  • Previous experience working with children with behavioral disorders or special needs is preferred, with a proven track record of success in promoting positive behavior and skill development.
