We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team at Registry Ally, Inc. in Eagleville, PA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis, to determine the best course of treatment for each client.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries, to ensure seamless communication with clients and caregivers.
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for each client's program, monitoring progress regularly and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs.
  • Develop individualized programming based on the unique needs of each client and their caregiver, taking into account their goals, preferences, and circumstances.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing with the BACB, required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferred.
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position, as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
