- Work closely with Facilities Services Manager to identify, monitor, and update preventive and planned maintenance programs for the long-term preservation of the buildings.
- Use building data integration, visualization, and analytical tools to monitor and manage the operations portfolio.
- Work closely with Environment, Health and Safety, Construction Project Managers, Security and IS&T organizations.
- Skilled in creating, developing, and managing capital and operating budgets related to operations portfolio.
- Experienced in providing a variety of service types with bold schedule and budget challenges.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment, with a focus on providing the best possible service to a demanding group of customers.
- Strong leadership skills with people management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of efficiency without direct supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong finance, budgeting, and analytic skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving proficiency.
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address any issues that arise day or night.
- Demonstrated ability to bring multi-functional teams together within and outside the Real Estate & Development function, including Security, IS&T, Finance, Corporate Communications, and Procurement to ensure standard methodologies and continual process improvement.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $220,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
