Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior engineers with equipment installation, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance
  • Follow procedures and task plans to test equipment and diagnose technical problems
  • Complete required job documentation, safety training, and procedures for processing parts

  • Satisfy company and customer on-site requirements, including safety, environmental, and COVID-19 guidelines
Requirements and Qualifications
  • An associate degree or completion of military technical training and field experience or technical certification equivalent to an associate degree
  • 1-2 years of related work experience in customer/field support
  • A willingness to learn how to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics
  • Knowledge of hand tools and proper usage, including a digital multimeter
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to support rotational shifts (e.g., nights and weekends, including holidays when applicable) based on customer needs
  • Travel for training and alternate customer sites, based on business needs (may include international travel)
  • Ability to walk extensively, stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and distinguish between colors
  • Ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise
  • Use of hand and power tools
