Job Summary
Providence Clinical Network seeks a skilled Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic out-patient setting. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care services.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $64,516 - $104,098, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in Oregon
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
