Business Operations Analyst

We are in search of qualified candidates for the role of Business Operations Analyst, providing support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Position Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in facilitating the daily functions of the office, collaborating closely with the MTFD team. This position entails advising and executing initiatives that enhance the Network, as well as addressing education and training needs across MTFs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in management and program analysis is required.
  • Proven expertise in process mapping, quantitative data analysis, life cycle costing, business enhancement, and trend analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of administrative and technical programs, along with a comprehensive understanding of the Agency's mission and operational workflows.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and multitask efficiently.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data pertinent to office operations and training initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative systems or procedures.
  • Evaluate the performance of current training systems and assess potential modifications.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures.
  • Oversee and coordinate projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed modifications.
  • Develop and revise policies and procedures related to training.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
  • Create and monitor performance metrics for training programs.
