About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Office and Property Coordinator to join our team. This role involves ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, providing exceptional tenant and client services, and managing administrative functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with service providers as needed.

Property Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and tenant onboarding.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, including expenses and reporting.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant communications, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate office functions in conjunction with the HR department for employee celebrations.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures for the office and properties.
  • Adhere to USA Managed Care Organization's Information Security Policies and Procedures.
  • Adhere to HIPAA Guidelines and Requirements.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a fun, friendly atmosphere.
