At Advantage Behavioral Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate TMS Technician to join our team. As a TMS Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Job Summary:The TMS Technician will be responsible for administering TMS treatments according to physician protocols, supporting and educating patients before, during, and after treatments, collaborating with other treatment professionals, and providing a safe and supportive treatment atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer TMS treatments according to physician protocols and ensure accurate positioning of patients for effective treatment.
- Monitor all aspects of treatment sessions to ensure patient comfort and accuracy of treatment.
- Educate patients on the TMS procedure, possible side effects, and answer patient questions in a caring and supportive manner.
- Foster a comfortable, safe, and supportive treatment experience for patients.
- Support patients in completing psychiatric rating scales after sessions and document session notes.
- Collaborate with TMS certified physicians on staff and support in managing medical line questions or concerns regarding TMS.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Dependability and accountability in providing high-quality care.
