Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Soliant Education. As an RBT, you will work with students with behavioral and developmental challenges, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one support to students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' needs.
- Attend team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Assist with behavioral and academic goals set for each student.
Requirements:
- MA RBT Certification is required.
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality support and intervention.
