Full-Time NP Role in Multnomah, OR

At Sunbelt Staffing, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Contract Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Multnomah, OR.

About the Job:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, including thorough examinations and medication reconciliation.
  • Develop and communicate personalized care plans that address each patient's unique requirements.
  • Foster effective collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to enhance patient outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
Requirements:
  • Possess an active NP license in the state of practice, free from any disciplinary actions.
  • Hold a minimum of 1 year of NP experience.
  • Be certified by ANCC or AANP in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care.
  • Have reliable transportation for home visits in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private settings.
  • Hold DEA certification.
Work Arrangement:

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are open to discussing flexible work hours for candidates who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week up to full-time (40 hours/week).

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
