Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide clients and team members in federal and state tax matters
  • Prepare and evaluate both business and individual income tax returns
  • Conduct tax research, provide training, and serve as a primary contact for clients
  • Engage in business development initiatives and financial reporting tasks
  • Participate in consulting projects, special assignments, and other related duties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional tax and accounting services
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting; CPA or EA designation is essential
  • At least 3 years of experience in federal and multi-state income taxation
  • In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and accounting practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
