Strategic Customer Success Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Wunderkind. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders at large companies, understanding their business strategies and goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, execute and optimize those strategies, and deliver next-level results and service.
- Account Management: Own the relationship and ultimate success of a strategic segment of Wunderkind's customers, including strategy development, renewal, and upsell.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a customer advocate internally, effectively collaborating with internal teams, including product management, sales, engineering, and design.
- Customer Advocacy: Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in Wunderkind and fully leverage our entire suite of services.
- Experience: 4+ years in client service, account management, and/or digital marketing.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, EQ, and ability to project manage, set priorities, and stay organized when managing multiple client relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Desirable Skills: Strong storytelling and strategic problem-solving skills, ability to navigate technical conversations, and experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
- Competitive Salary: $85,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
