About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Pion. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a crucial role in enabling our clients to understand the value that our technology brings to their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the account management team in developing and executing strategic plans to drive client success.
  • Liaise with our clients to understand their goals and objectives, and work closely with them to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and mitigate potential churn risks, and develop strategies to retain and grow client relationships.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
