The Fountain Group is currently in search of a Medical Affairs Associate Manager for a distinguished client. This role entails a hybrid work model, combining both in-office and remote responsibilities.

Compensation:
$63.98 per hour

Position Overview:
The Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Medical Governance team, overseeing the ecosystem of Medical Affairs operations both internally and externally. Key responsibilities include:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Self-Assessments and CAPAs:
    Facilitate self-assessment activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders, manage response actions, and assist in resolving audit findings.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    Aid in developing reporting capabilities, identify compliance trends, and provide analytical support for monitoring activities.
  • HCP Engagement:
    Ensure proper documentation of Medical Affairs HCP interactions, coordinate governance submissions, and manage data reporting for relevant committees.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Foster strategic partnerships with stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Legal, and R&D Quality to enhance governance processes.
  • Compliance Culture:
    Build trusted relationships within Medical Affairs to promote a culture of accountability and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Understanding of PhRMA code regulations and standards.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities to implement compliance standards effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
