Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team. As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hard surfaces and carpets in various areas of our facilities, including offices, resident rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public areas. You will also be responsible for collecting trash, recycling, and soiled linen, and ensuring the proper disposal of these items.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hard surfaces and carpets in various areas of our facilities
  • Collect trash, recycling, and soiled linen and ensure proper disposal
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety precautions when mixing and using cleaning solutions
  • Report equipment and cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisor in a timely fashion
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work around food and cleaning products
  • Must live in the service area
