Key Responsibilities- Ultrasound Exam Performance: Conduct high-quality ultrasound exams, utilizing advanced imaging techniques and equipment to capture optimal images.
- Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for all patients.
- Collaboration with Radiologists: Work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses, providing detailed exam results and recommendations for further testing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and exam quality.
- Education: ARDMS Registry eligible, with successful completion within the first year of employment.
- Experience: Previous experience in ultrasound imaging, with a strong understanding of imaging techniques and equipment.
- Certifications: ARDMS Registry certification, with CPR certification.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, with frequent lifting and bending.
- Environmental Factors: Exposure to radiation, with occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals.
