CENTERS, LLC is a specialized management firm dedicated to overseeing facilities, operations, and program management within the realm of higher education. Our management philosophy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client while maintaining a consistent standard of excellence. The CENTERS team is composed of innovative, entrepreneurial, and ambitious professionals committed to achieving the goals of both CENTERS and our clients. Currently, CENTERS provides management services for 14 distinct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all members within the fitness center, track area, and exercise studios.
- Implement and uphold administrative policies and procedures related to Fitness and Wellness.
- Provide accurate guidance to members regarding strength and cardio equipment.
- Assist staff in the cleaning and maintenance of fitness equipment.
- Lead the Risk Management Plan for the entire second floor.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with standard practices in recreational sports.
- Capacity to excel in an environment that emphasizes high expectations, accountability, and balanced lifestyles.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

- Office and fitness center settings.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
- Evening or weekend work may be required.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing or walking for at least 50% of the workday.
- Bending and stooping.
