About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Disability Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and growing existing relationships with small business customers in our assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our wireless services and solutions, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize prospecting techniques, cold-calling, and networking to generate leads and referrals.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of small business customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a dynamic environment, and strong negotiation and closing skills.
