In this role, you will support management in achieving both long-term and short-term departmental quality and productivity objectives. You will clarify business needs, conduct gap analyses, and design enhancements to processes. Additionally, you will spearhead quality assurance initiatives and process re-engineering efforts while tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to bridge the gap between current performance and established standards.
  • Assess the capability of existing processes and guide their evolution towards higher maturity levels.
  • Propose and execute process improvements to streamline and standardize all testing administration support processes.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage the introduction of new processes within the testing administration support framework.
  • Contribute to the development of quality and performance metrics.
  • Assist in establishing departmental goals and objectives aligned with divisional planning.
  • Implement action plans to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure effective execution of work activities.
  • Analyze process data using DMAIC methodologies to identify and resolve root causes.
  • Support data analysis efforts for internal stakeholders.
  • Create project plans for approved initiatives following PMI guidelines and develop tracking mechanisms for successful execution.
  • Research and recommend technologies that can enhance current processes.
  • Prepare or coordinate the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing work direction, monitoring progress, and training staff.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Visio, and Excel; familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.
  • Significant experience in business process mapping is essential.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions diplomatically with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project leadership, process management, and reengineering skills are required.
  • Prior experience with Process Control and Measurement Systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma methodologies or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
  • Project Management certification or coursework is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within a service-oriented environment.
