**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management Director to support the design and deployment of the Business Process Management program. This program aims to manage and optimize key Drug Development processes in partnership with cross-functional Business Process Owners.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide insights on process mapping, performance management, and continuous improvement projects.

• Partner with cross-functional Sr business leaders and subject matter experts to optimize process mapping, establish and report process measures.

• Project manage process improvement initiatives, including defining project scope, setting goals, creating project plans, and coordinating resources.

**Requirements**

• BS/BA Degree in Business Management or related field required; advanced degree in related discipline preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, operational excellence, and change management.

• 3-7 years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement within the pharmaceutical industry required.

• Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in business process management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
