About the Job:
This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of medical records, conducting quality assurance activities, and enhancing departmental procedures and capabilities. Additionally, you will support the central supplies office and perform other related tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all medical documentation is accurately and thoroughly completed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Develop and maintain organizational systems to facilitate efficient access to medical records
- Participate in quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely information about patient medical records

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting or related field
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
