Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Flagstar Bank. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients by assisting them with routine financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and service clients in a friendly and courteous manner, answering phones and providing account information as needed.
  • Process client transactions, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other financial services, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain an adequate cash supply at all times, balancing cash on hand and transactions processed daily.
  • May assist with retrieval and processing of ATM deposits and Night Depository deposits, as well as input wire transfers and sell/purchase foreign currency.
  • Complete ongoing training as required and provide support for the Private Client Groups as needed.
Requirements
  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required
  • 0 - 3 years of customer service and sales experience, required
  • Experience in financial services industry, preferred
