About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in our large and complex signage projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering high-quality results.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue in our signage projects.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate responses to bids and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, project management, or sales.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic relationship-building and bid-winning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and speak confidently in public.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
