About the Role

The Retail Team Lead is a part-time role that provides "total solutions" to our customers, encompassing products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. This position requires building and maintaining customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor, and utilizing provided training to support sales offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation, drive overall store sales, and operate and assist associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time.
  • Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhere to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards, identify areas for process improvement, and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
  • Client Engagement: Drive positive client satisfaction levels, coach and train associates to enhance the customer experience, support community outreach initiatives, and continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge.
  • External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team, perform opening or closing responsibilities, and assist in review of cash handling, cashier, and merchandise error logs.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job.
