About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Calibre Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex data visualizations and reports using Tableau, SQL, and data lake architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Package and present recommendations to executive leadership through a combination of reporting and advanced analytics.
  • Champion data visualization through development of Tableau/.NetCore/D3 charts.
  • Interact with business stakeholders to enhance gap capabilities, including business architecture, processes, and sub-capabilities.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in BI applications, Tableau, SQL-Stored Proc, and data-lake architectures.
  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Finance, Econometrics, Operations Research, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels within the organization.
  • Experience with agile development tools, including Jira, and ability to work seamlessly with remote teams.
  • Delivery of high-quality strategic large-scale projects, with self-directed and effective time management skills.
