Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-level Business Intelligence reporting, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use.
- Manage a talented team of Business Intelligence Analysts to achieve its goals and development potential.
- Work in close partnership with various teams, including data engineering, product management, and business teams, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement data-driven projects.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to align business intelligence initiatives with broader corporate goals.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and data-driven guidance to support senior management in decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of quantitative and qualitative data science/business intelligence with business impact experience.
- 2+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience.
- Experience in code scripting, such as R, Python.
- Proficiency in designing, managing, and optimizing data using Databricks or other big data tools.
- Knowledge of fulfillment metrics measuring Productivity, On-time Performance, Capacity, Order Completeness, Order Quality.
