About the Role:

The Head of Product Marketing will lead the Product Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, with experience in developing and implementing product launch plans, managing product positioning and messaging, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth
  • Lead the Product Marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product launches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
  • Manage product launch plans, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product marketing strategies

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in product launch planning and execution
  • Proven track record of driving demand and revenue growth through effective product marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience working in the AV industry, with a strong understanding of product marketing strategies and tactics
