Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at 52 Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and oversee the development of marketing materials, including brand positioning, product launches, and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective marketing support.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring a focus on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the adult beverage industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of sake or a strong desire to acquire sake knowledge and appreciation.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
  • Understanding of the three-tier distribution system is a strong asset.
  • Experience with giving presentations to groups of 15 or more.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
  • Location: Beaverton, OR.
  • Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite.
