Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Sanitation Operations to join our team at Boar's Head Provisions Co. This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Assistant Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all records and inventories are completed and reviewed daily to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Oversee the sanitation department to ensure compliance with all safety requirements and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity in the sanitation department.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent product flow and quality.
  • Participate in the research and implementation of long-range planning processes to improve overall operations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in pre-operational and operational inspection procedures.
  • Knowledge of activity-based safety programs and USDA regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
