Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Residence Supervisor to join our team at the Institute for Community Living (ICL). As a key member of our staff, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential program, including personnel management, fiscal operations, and resident care. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned staff
  • Manage personnel, fiscal operations, inventory, and residential services
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of residents
  • Train and direct staff to meet agency and regulatory requirements
  • Administer the residence and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
  • Minimum three years' experience in providing direct services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
