CBRN Policy Analyst

BryceTech LLC is seeking an experienced CBRN Policy Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of Response and Recovery, CBRN program. This position will be part of the Office of Emerging Threats Professional and Technical Services Contract.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on CBRN threats and incidents to inform policy and doctrine development.
- Provide policy support to the Federal Radiological Preparedness Coordinating Committee (FRPCC) and planning support to the Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear Program Plans.
- Develop and implement specialized technical assistance and operational support for CBRN incidents.
- Support CBRN training and exercise programs, including the Interagency Modeling Atmospheric and Assessment Center (IMAAC) Program.
- Collaborate with regional coordinators to ensure effective CBRN response and recovery efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of expertise.
- At least five years of experience in a related field, with two years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience supporting or working with DHS FEMA is highly desirable.
- TS/SCI Security clearance is required.
