Job Summary

The Patient Care Specialist role at MaineHealth utilizes professional nursing processes to assess patient needs and provides a wide range of patient care services to support physicians in delivering excellent care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Current applicable state license as a Registered Professional Nurse required
  • One year of RN experience required; two years of relevant experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, flexible work policy, student loan assistance, and well-being resources.
