As a vital member of our team, you will assist servers and bartenders in delivering exceptional guest experiences, efficiently clean and reset tables, and ensure that service stations are well-stocked. You will also maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment and operate various equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and implement the Steps of Service.
  • Support servers throughout shifts by maintaining tables as necessary.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
  • Assist bartenders by replenishing supplies such as beer and ice.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and cleaning floors.
  • Observe guests visually and respond to non-verbal cues.
  • Help stock service stations as needed.
  • Communicate with host staff regarding table updates to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
  • Assist with rolling silverware when required.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards across all areas of the pub.
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness.
  • Inform servers of any special requests from guests.
  • Perform various tasks assigned by management, including cleaning and other side duties.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, following established procedures.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation policies.
  • Conduct perimeter checks as necessary.
  • Complete all opening, ongoing, and closing side work.
  • Clean and restock restrooms.
  • Bid farewell to departing guests within close proximity.
  • Foster a fun and engaging atmosphere through a positive attitude and personality.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective listening and communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe surfaces.
  • Ability to carry bus tubs weighing up to 40 pounds across the establishment.
  • Consistently display an enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
  • Experience operating a dishwashing machine.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
