Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitating and supporting clients throughout their recovery process.
  • Providing interventions aligned with each client's personalized treatment plan.
  • Encouraging clients to build healthy relationships with peers and staff.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and supervision during dining experiences.
  • Participating in therapeutic groups to enhance clinical skills.
  • Conducting regular rounds and providing insightful observations.
  • Occasionally transporting clients for off-site appointments and activities.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of two years of post-secondary education; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desirable.
  • A valid state-issued Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
