Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating and supporting clients throughout their recovery process.
- Providing interventions aligned with each client's personalized treatment plan.
- Encouraging clients to build healthy relationships with peers and staff.
- Assisting with meal preparation and supervision during dining experiences.
- Participating in therapeutic groups to enhance clinical skills.
- Conducting regular rounds and providing insightful observations.
- Occasionally transporting clients for off-site appointments and activities.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of two years of post-secondary education; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desirable.
- A valid state-issued Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
