Physical Security GSOC Specialist

The Loss Prevention Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled GSOC Analyst with expertise in physical security to perform essential functions within our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and assets on a worldwide scale.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 1 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate global threats and associated risks to inform security strategies.
- Monitor reports and data sources to identify potential security threats to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate daily situation reports that reflect the client's global operations.
- Develop precise analytical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinating with stakeholders in line with established protocols.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $26
- Health Care Coverage: 85% paid

Additional Duties:
- Oversee access control systems and manage alarm responses.
- Ensure continuous and effective surveillance through camera monitoring.
- Facilitate emergency notifications and escalations as necessary.
- Protect the safety of clients, properties, and assets.
- Conduct incident reporting across various scenarios, including political unrest, crime, and extreme weather.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with timely responses to incidents and alarms.
- Manage physical security operations at designated sites.
- Analyze evolving situations using tools such as Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to produce comprehensive reports.
- Proficient in logical reasoning to address problems effectively.
- High competency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and social media monitoring tools.
- Excellent diagnostic skills for risk assessment issues.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to escalate issues to senior management.
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment processes, including drug testing and background checks.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possession of a guard card or ability to obtain one.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a security/SOC analyst role or similar security administration position.
- Familiarity with access control systems and software, such as Lenel, is advantageous.
