We pride ourselves on our advanced infrastructure and are looking for a capable Security Officer to operate within a retail setting. Our firm is a licensed national security service provider across numerous states.

Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain a vigilant presence for up to 8 hours during each shift.
- Welcome customers and staff with professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to established post orders.
- Monitor CCTV systems and accurately document observations in daily activity reports.
- Observe and report on activities at your designated location.
- Respond swiftly to critical incidents.

Essential Skills:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Active California Guard Card with 8-hour powers to arrest training certificates - REQUIRED.
- 32-hour Guard Card training certificates - PREFERRED.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or security role.
- Stable work history over the past 6 years, with no more than 3 jobs (supplemental jobs acceptable).
- Background screening is mandatory.
- Experience in Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement is a PLUS.
